Mountain Chalet Vihren is located on the left banks of river Banderitsa at 1950 meters altitude in Pirin mountain. It may be reached via a 16 km asphalt road from Bansko or for 4.30 hours on foot along a marked tourist route. The chalet itself is a home base for going to peak Vihren, the chalets Sinanitsa and Demyanitsa, the shelters Tevno ezero and Koncheto. It consists of two massive buildings with rooms of 5, 7 and more beds, and 8 bungalows of 3-4 beds with a total capacity of 196 beds. It has a kitchen, dining hall for 80-100 people, buffet, outdoor toilets and bathrooms, parking.

Еl Tepe Shelter is also known as shelter Kazana. It is located at 2445 meters altitude on the rock threshold, which divides the circuses Golyam and Malak Kazan. This is a wooden shed with metal construction and capacity for 4-5 people. It does not have furnishing, electricity, water, toilet and it is not serviced. Spending nights at this shelter is possible only in cases of utmost necessity. Еl Tepe (Kazana) Shelter may be reached for an hour and a half from Chalet Banderitsa. Peak Kutelo is also an hour and a half from the shelter. Peak Vihren is 1.5 hours away and shelter Koncheto - 2.3 hours away.

Mountain Chalet Sinanitsa is located on the north banks of the Sinanishko Lake at 2185 meters altitude in North Pirin. Nearby are the peak of the same name (2516 m altitude), peak Gergiytsa (2598 m), the Gergiyski lakes (1.30 hours away). This chalet occupies is a massive two-storey building. On the first floor are provided a dining room and a kitchen. On the second are the bedrooms with total capacity for 50 people. There is water and electricity from generator. Outdoor toilets. The home base for reaching it is Chalet Vihren. The distance between the two takes 3.30 hours on foot.

Shelter Tevno Ezero is located at 2512 m altitude in mountain Pirin on the east banks of the lake Tevno in the circus Belemeto. It occupies a massive building with a dining hall on the first floor and a dorm with 30 beds on the second floor. In Shelter Tevno Ezero are offered hot food and drinks. It is electrified supplied by a private electricity generator. The drinkable water is supplied by a spring just above the shelter and the sanitary water is supplied from the lake. The toilet is outdoors. To reach Shelter Tevno Ezero one must start from Bansko, pass by Chalet Demyanitsa and Mozgovishka porta.

Mountain Chalet Banderitsa is situated at 1810 m altitude in Pirin. It is set on the left banks of the river of the same name and may be reached via a 14 km asphalt road from Bansko or on foot for 4 hours of trekking on marked tourist routes. It consists of two massive buildings. The old one is on two storeys with electric and water supply. It has 73 beds, outdoor toilets and washbasins, tourist kitchen and dining hall. The new building is three-storeyed, electrified and centrally heated. It has 95 beds, indoor and outdoor toilets and wash basins. There are also bungalows with a total of 30 beds.

Koncheto Shelter is located at 2760 m altitude, on the main ridge of peak Bayuvi dupki (2820 m altitude), only 500 m south-east of the peak itself. This is a wooden shed with double walls and only one room inside. The whole construction is fixed firmly to the rock with steel cords as prevention for bad weather. In the shelter may sleep 10-15 people. It does not have electricity, water, heating, toilets. Blankets are provided. It is recommended to use it only in cases of utmost need. Nearby are located peak Kutel (1h), peak Vihren (2.40h) and shelter Kazana (2.30h).

Mountain Chalet Demyanitsa is located on 1895 meters altitude in mountain Pirin at the water merge of the rivers Velyavishka, Strajishka and Vasilashka. It consists of a massive two-storey building with a mansard and 14 bungalows. The total capacity is 217 beds. The building is electrified by a private WEC and supplied with water. It is heated via coal and wood burning stoves. A tourist kitchen and dining hall are also available for shared use. The home base for reaching it is Bansko. It takes 4 hours on foot on a marked tourist route.

Hotel Akademika is located at 1650 meters altitude in mountain Pirin. It is located in the Upleto Locality and occupies a massive seven-storey building with capacity of 140 beds. It has halls, study rooms, restaurant, radio telephone. It is heated by a local heating system and has water and electricity supply. Situated close to the ski center Banderishka polyana and may be reached via an asphalt road. The ski runs of Shiligarnika are only 20 minutes away. It takes an hour on foot to reach Chalet Banderitsa and an hour and a half to reach Chalet Vihren from Akademika.
